Return & Refund Policy

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All items sold on CharacterBazaar.com are instant digital downloads (vector files, animated source files, character model sheets). Therefore, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any digital product.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel under § 52 of the Indian Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020 and equivalent “right of withdrawal” legislation in other jurisdictions.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

• You purchased the same file twice in error, or
• The file is corrupted and our technical team cannot supply a working replacement within 48 hours.

To request a refund under these limited circumstances, email info@characterbazaar.com within 7 calendar days of purchase and include:

• Your order ID
• Details of the issue
• Proof of payment
